- Open ProSignature and click Quick Start
- Enter your company website URL
- Review auto-filled logo, colors, name, and social links
- Adjust title and phone if needed
- Export to Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail
What gets detected
- Primary logo from header or og:image
- Dominant brand colors from CSS
- Company name and meta description as tagline
- LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram links
- Contact page phone and address when visible
When to edit manually
Always verify job title, direct phone, and legal disclaimers — AI cannot know HR-specific fields. Swap template layout from the gallery if you need a more formal style.
