- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, and code are owned by ProSignature. You may use generated signatures for your personal or business communication but may not resell our platform, templates, or software.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSignature is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and EU regulations (including GDPR).
